Returns & Refunds
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below.
Please inform us, either by email, of any item you intend to return within 14 days of taking delivery. All items must be returned with all outer packaging and labels intact and be in the exact condition in which they were received. Please include a copy of your commercial invoice with all returns. Please also note on the invoice the reason for return and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
Returns will be inspected upon receipt. If a returned item is found to be non-faulty, correct, and of the correct size, We will not accept any costs incurred in returning the item. If an exchange item is to be sent, the purchaser will be responsible for the shipping cost on the exchange item. In the event that an exchange is requested but not available a refund will be issued. If a refund is to be issued, it will be in the amount of the purchase price of the returned item. It will not include the original shipping charge for the order.
In the event of the return of damaged goods or goods bearing traces beyond normal treatment, We may charge the purchaser compensation for damage or wear and tear, the amount of which may be deducted from the amount of the sale price refundable to the purchaser.
If you wish to exchange any items (change of size/color/product) within 14 days of receiving your order, please write us via email email@example.com and send the products back to us for a full refund. Please reorder your required items to ensure you receive your required items promptly. We can only accept items returned in the original condition (with original packaging). Please remember the product remains yours until successfully received by us.
Consumers always have the right to a 2-year guarantee free of charge if the product turns out to be faulty or not as advertised. The 2-year guarantee period starts as soon as you receive your goods.
The available remedies depend on the nature of the defects.
Removable defects – If the defect can be removed, you can request their free and prompt removal. The trader should remove the defects without delay. The consumer can request a replacement instead of removal of the defect, unless this would involve costs disproportionate to the nature and severity of the defect. The trader can always replace defective goods instead of removing their defects, unless it causes serious difficulties for the consumer.
Irremovable defects – If the defect cannot be removed, if it is a defect that can be removed but has occurred several times (more than twice), or if it includes several defects (3 and more defects at the same time), the consumer can ask for a replacement or refund. In the case of other irremovable defects (that do not hinder use of the goods), the consumer can ask for a reasonable discount from the purchase price.
Refunds are issued to the credit card used to make the purchase.
We strive to process and ship your order within 30 business days of receiving your order, however, order processing time is dependent upon several factors:
